Well, I got this from somewhere but I don't know how to use it. Should I take it as a texture or brush to use?
If I should take it as a texture, what should I set it to? (Linear burn? Screen? Multiply?)
I use Photoshop CS2.

Can anyone help me out? I've looked through the memories and I can't find just what I want. I love the gaussian effect on these icons but I cannot figure out how to do it for the life of me. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I use PSP9 if that helps.
